Congratulations on changing habits. And, having books at easy reach is a great idea. Another thing I do is: don't think. Just do it! Think only during the process. So, make a plan, set you tasks for the day, then just do them. Only allowed to think while planning, or on the task. Don't think before, or you' ll tend to procrastinate.

You got it. The faster we take action, the less we will procrastinate or even think about it twice (in a procrastinating way).
